Gentle Yoga

 

 

 

 

Private Gentle Yoga Classes at More Peace Yoga are designed for those who want a slow-paced, nurturing and softer class. Essential oils mist to create a calming scent while soft music plays in the background to create an atmosphere of peace.

There is plenty of time to focus on breathing and mindful body awareness. The approach is highly individualized so that each person feels at home in the space and in their body. Modifications are offered so that the poses can be enjoyed by all.

The 75-minute class begins by centering with mindful breathing, moves to gentle yoga poses, and ends with final relaxation (Savasana) with a bolster, blanket, eye pillow or other props to add to the comfort.
